Vice President - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects
- Create referrals from existing client base to convert them into customers
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with owner or with Broker Relations Team for any required clarification
- Be compliant with operations process
- Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with the company at all touch-point
- Provide after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers
- Achieving the Monthly / Annual Business targets assigned in terms of selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships including sale of new initiatives
- Responsible for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the broad suite of product offerings to our relevant customer segments.
- Development and implementation of Major Account / Sales strategy with identification of opportunities and winning opportunities with eye on increasing market share and maximizing customer retention.
- Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improved market competitiveness.
