Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership :

a) Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

b) Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive performance.

c) Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand our customer base.

2. Branding & Market Positioning :

a) Drive the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.

b) Collaborate with marketing teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

c) Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention :

a. Oversee customer acquisition strategies, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and conversion optimization.

b. Implement strategies to increase customer retention, including personalized engagement and loyalty programs.

c. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously refine acquisition and retention tactics.

4. Product Monetization :

a. Develop and implement monetization strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new customers.

b. Work closely with product and finance teams to align pricing models, subscription plans, and upsell opportunities with market demands.

c. Monitor and analyze revenue performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

5. Operational Excellence :

a. Streamline and optimize sales and operations processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

b. Implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and performance tracking.

c. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

6. Leadership & Team Development :

a. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.

b. Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages growth and development.

c. Provide regular performance feedback and support professional development initiatives.
