We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales and Operations to lead our efforts in branding, engagement, acquisition, and monetization.

Job Summary :

As the VP of Sales and Operations, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing user engagement, acquiring new customers, and maximizing revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless operations and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership :

a) Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

b) Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive performance.

c) Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand our customer base.

2. Branding & Market Positioning :

a) Drive the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.

b) Collaborate with marketing teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

c) Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention :

a. Oversee customer acquisition strategies, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and conversion optimization.

b. Implement strategies to increase customer retention, including personalized engagement and loyalty programs.

c. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously refine acquisition and retention tactics.

4. Product Monetization :

a. Develop and implement monetization strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new customers.

b. Work closely with product and finance teams to align pricing models, subscription plans, and upsell opportunities with market demands.

c. Monitor and analyze revenue performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

5. Operational Excellence :

a. Streamline and optimize sales and operations processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

b. Implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and performance tracking.

c. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

6. Leadership & Team Development :

a. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.

b. Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages growth and development.

c. Provide regular performance feedback and support professional development initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a senior sales and operations role, preferably in the HR tech or SaaS industry.

- Strong track record of driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
