Vice President - Sales - Medical Devices (15-18 yrs)
A. Job Responsibilities: Vice President of Sales - Preferred from Medical Devices/P&O sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and define strategies to penetrate these markets.
- Lead the sales forecasting process and set performance goals accordingly.
- Develop CSR partnerships with corporates and NGOs towards sales growth
Team Management :
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Oversee key negotiations and close major deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Analysis :
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Sales Operations :
- Optimize the sales process and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development of Medical Practitioners, Corporate Hospitals and Govt sales.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: 15-18 years of progressive sales experience in the medical devices or prosthetics and orthotics industry.
- At least 10 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
