Our client is a software application tool that helps mental health practitioners improve effectiveness.
The Job
Responsibilities:
- Review the current marketing and sales plan and make improvement recommendations, present to leadership team for approval.
- Evaluate your current team members and determine if you need to add members
- Execute and provide reports for all digital marketing initiatives used to generate leads.
- Conduct online presentations to close the prospective leads and prepare/execute follow up campaigns in CRM.
- Lead and manage your team to reach projected sales quota
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Possess a strong understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills a must.
- Capable of determining the sales strategy and the selling of My Outcomes to reach predetermined goals.
- Upon reaching targeted levels of revenue to train two additional sales professionals.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Work from home (anywhere in the world) collaborating with our head office (in the MS Teams environment) in Kelowna, BC, Canada during PST time zone.
Be available 6am-2pm PST (8 hours work a day - Monday to Friday)
More than 10 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.
