Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Bulk Material (25-30 yrs)
- Responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies at national and global levels
- Responsible for directing sales and marketing operations and customer retention.
- Should be conversant with Bulk Material Handling Systems & Equipments in Power, Steel, Cement, Mining & Ports.
- Project Sales experience in Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant, Stacker & Reclaimer, Pipe Conveyor.
- Develop an annual marketing plan in support of organization objectives.
- Develop strategies to ensure that the marketing plan reaches the target segments quickly and effectively.
- Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that will drive hard revenue goals and increase product awareness at national and global levels.
- Understand changing market dynamics, translate them in to actionable strategy and implementing the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives as per the Sales plan.
- Develop and implement marketing policies and practices.
- Aggressively promoting the innovation technology and penetrate into the export market.
- B.E. / B Tech - Mechanical with 25-30 years experience in Bulk Material industry. Should be exceptional strategist with proven track record of creating new business opportunities and achieving the determined targets.
