Vice President - Sales - Education (5-12 yrs)
Profile:
VP Sales will create recruit, lead and continuously train a team of affiliate representatives to:
- Create a nation-wide network of 1 Million+ educator-affiliates who - sell- Organisation's free trial to students in their communities.
- Create compelling incentive structures and marketing collaterals to enable the trial-sell.
- All of the above has to be accomplished in a record time of 6 months, an effort unlike anything seen in the industry.
Job Skills:
- Start-Up Experience: The role involves creation of a new playbook at incredible scale and pace.
- Leadership: Recruit, Create and Lead Team of 60-70 affiliate management employees.
- Aggressive: - Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and sales lead should have the same all-consuming drive.
- Systems Thinking: Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.
- Flexibility: Work weekends as needed as sales peak on weekends.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.
