Vice President - Sales - Education (10-15 yrs)
Job Summary :
- UrbanPro.com is seeking a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about the education industry and is keen to make a difference to Indian education.
- This person will join the team in the position of VP, Sales, and will be responsible for hitting aggressive revenue growth targets using analytics and a strong sales process. This person will manage a team of tele-sales and field sales professionals across the country.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities :
- Plan, Strategize and execute to deliver aggressive growth numbers in terms of revenue.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets as per the plan.
- Establish and improve a sales process, which consistently deliver results.
- Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, Team Leads and Executives.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Develop key accounts and conversions of bigger accounts
- Hands on experience and an open mind towards moving out of office and meeting clients
- Extremely Good knowledge about numbers and data analysis
- Keeping a positive attitude and being a self-starter and keeping the team motivated.
