Vice President - Sales - eCommerce Satrtup (8-16 yrs)
- He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.
- This position includes responsibility for business development.
- The VP Sales will drive the company's achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Experience :
- Preferably minimum of 5+ years in Technology leadership position; minimum of 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in a start up and a E commerce Industry
- Proven Track record in establishing direct channel and distribution strategies and programs especially for a start up business.
- Manage end to end sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners.
