Role Overview:

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and mentoring the sales team. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall company goals, expanding our presence in the market and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Manage and report on sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years in sales leadership roles, with experience in Electrical Equipment's.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful sales teams.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong business acumen and ability to develop innovative sales strategies.

- Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- A strategic mindset with a passion for driving business success.
