Job Description :
- Will provide leadership and strategic direction to the business's overall sales function, inclusive of securing new consumers, expanding opportunities, and helping setup global footprints.
- Work/Partner closely with CXOs/leadership at Morphle to set the tone for Sales function from the scratch.
- Be a strategic brand enabler for Morphle while partnering closely with CXOs on client side and influence them to invest in products/solutions which Morphle provides.
- Knowledge and Opportunity: To own and maintain a stable knowledge base of the business's industry, competitors, and regulatory activity.
- Relationships: Takes initiative to establish relationships with key personnel within the business's market. In this capacity, he attends numerous industry events and conferences, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with key consumers, potential consumers, and key strategic partners.
- Collaboration: He/She works closely with other executive officers and advises them on sales strategies, forecasting, and general management issues in order to align the business's efforts, avoid conflict of interests, and enable the achievement of the business's overall goals and targets.
- Industry Network: Build a strong business and CXO network to market/position/sell Morphle's product/solution thus also working as Brand enabler amongst the key industry leadership in different geogrpahies.
- Experience: A candidate for the position must demonstrate at least 10 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment preferable from domain of capital medical equipment in healthcare industry.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are a must for the candidate. Therefore, the candidate must possess a keen interest in conducting research and drawing inferences form raw data and information.
- Interpersonal Skills: He must be highly passionate and consumer-oriented; he must have a passion for interacting with others, a strong commitment to delivering excellence to consumers, and have a sense of urgency and resourcefulness.
- Leadership/People Skills: The candidate for this position must also demonstrate superior leadership skills, being able to move a vast cross-functional group of professionals in a single direction and with a common vision and objective.
