Vice President with a reputed Diagnostic center based at Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)
1. Perform Market Research and find prospective business leads as per the company's vision and mission.
2. Work with leadership team to strategize growth plans
3. Deep understanding of Business development strategies, and be able to build the right plans from initiation of concept to execution
4. Monitor, realign, and redefine quality of business prospects for revenue maximization
5. Sales and revenue tracking, trends and analysis.
6. Conduct strategic business meetings with exclusive client wise strategy
7. Perform high performance strategic business negotiations
8. Execute promotional activities all across direct/indirect existing/potential customers, partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
9. Achieve revenue and strategic objectives as per the Organization's set mission and vision quarterly basis, biannual, annual basis.
10. Strategizing and presenting reports and trackers on account progress, goals initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in company training and adherence
11. Drive the entire business development cycle, to attain market leadership through overall numbers and revenues.
12. Spin a network and repo for repeat business and references from existing clients
13. Ability to design consistent efficient tracking tools to pursue business leads and business continuity
14. Negotiating and closing contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
