Vice President - Sales - Construction Equipment Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)
Job Description :
Objective of the profile is to head and manage the Overall Sales and After-sales activities of the company.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Preparation & finalization of Sales & Expense Budgets, additional manpower.
2. Achievement of the Sales Budget- equipment, spare parts, Retrofit and Service Income
3. Keep track of projects awarded
4. Direct monitoring of key accounts
5. Improving on the market share market intelligence
6. Ensuring prompt after sales service
7. Inventory Control of spare parts at all locations.
8. Monthly reports, rolling plan
9. Ensure high utilization of service manpower
10. Accounts receivable / C Forms
11. Keeping the expenses in line with Budget
12. Payment of local taxes
13. Compliance with the laws of the land
14. Provide leadership & Motivation to the team
Desired Candidate Profile :
Desired Candidature :
1. The candidate should be having minimum 20 years of experience
2. Candidate with working experience in Capital Equipment manufacturer would be preferred.
3. Analyzing data and decision making
4. Attention to detail
5. Good understanding of Market
6. Understanding of business requirements and developing appropriate recommendations to the leadership
7. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams
8. Good written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to achieve objectives within the time scale
10. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should be B.E. / B. Tech. Mechanical with Masters degree in Marketing.
