Vice President - Product & Marketing (10-15 yrs)
Job Description & Responsibilities
About the Role:
- We are looking for a multi-skilled and results-oriented individual with a strong grasp of product management and current marketing tools and strategies to join our client's team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of company's website and all marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- You will play a crucial role in designing the user journey and generating leads for their call centers and online sales.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute product marketing plans : Build, plan, and implement the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth, increase valid leads and customer engagement with hands-on experience in handling both online and offline marketing.
Content Production & Management : Provide design and direction for digital (videos, info-graphics, flyers, brochures etc.), physical ( standees etc.) and other visual communications media collateral for the company crafting compelling messaging and positioning for their products, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
Website Management & Optimizing the user experience : Analyze the traffic behavior on the website using relevant tools like heat maps, session recordings, A/B testing and suggesting changes on website to meet business goals.
Campaign Management : Create and launch effective ad campaigns on relevant platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, Baing and others to drive high ROI.
Analysis & Reporting: Measure ROI and KPIs. Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through metrics and reports. Adjust strategies to maximize impact and achieve their business goals. This includes in depth knowledge of Google analytics, Social Media analytics (Meta/Youtube/linkedin)
Team Leading: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing/designing/content/SEO team. This includes setting performance goals, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Budget Management : Oversees the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, engg, media or related field. MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in product and marketing management
- Proven working experience in Overall Marketing - Online, Offline and PR
- Proven track record of website management, funnel creation, customer behavior, planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve brand growth and business objectives (demand generation, new customer acquisition, product launches, etc.)
- Strong understanding & handson experience of the digital marketing landscape including SEM, SMM, SEO and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving aptitude and ready to think out of the box
