Vice President - Product Management - FinTech - IIM/MDI/ISB (8-15 yrs)
Position description :
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Product roles in Fintech/NBFC/Payments domain
- 2-4 years as Sr. Manager/ AVP in Product domain
- Team management experience of at least 2 years
- MBA from top tier institutes
- Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for NBFC/Fintech
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communication.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Build Product Roadmap for personal lending product and define the key initiatives in discussion with key stakeholders
- Prioritize developments and evaluate basis proper product management prioritization frameworks
- Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA & Engineers to collaborate on organization's vision for the product
- Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to RBI, CISA, Internal Audits etc.
- Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with engineers
- Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers
- Work & collaborate on creating PRDs, BRDs along with other detailed documents on internal processes
- Keep a close eye on competitors and define product roadmap, improvements and initiatives accordingly with teams
- Closely work with the Sales & Partnership teams to understand the client requirements and explore possible synergies
- Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing
Educational qualifications preferred :
- Category: Master's Degree, Professional Course
- Field specialization: Business, Management, Marketing and related support services
- Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management - PGDBM
