Vice President - Marketing - Digital Video Platform (12-15 yrs)
Monjin is looking for a VP - Marketing to own and lead marketing and customer acquisition for Monjin.
As the VP - Marketing you will be in charge of all the following activities:
Team :
- You will responsible for growing and leading the team of 5 reportees.
- These currently comprise of content writers, digital marketing, social media marketing and designer.
Marketing Strategy :
- Define the overall marketing strategy to get maximum brand awareness and recall within our users and CXOs in mid to large enterprises
- Incremental growth of users and customers.
- Implementing marketing tech.
- Proven experience of growth in strategic and tactical execution-
Content Marketing :
- Lead our content marketing initiatives
- Manage a team of content writers who are responsible for online content, blog, website
- Draft and coordinate the design of whitepapers, pitch decks, video scripts and more
- Create brochures, collateral, booth designs and other content relevant for events
- Produce creative video content ongoingly (dozens of videos each quarter)
PR :
- Strategizing and executing PR strategies, creating content and coordinating with the press and with our PR agencies
- Strategizing and implementing event participation at relevant conferences and events
- Identifying awards that we should apply for and managing our awards calendar
- Managing our influencer outreach programs
Digital Marketing :
- Strategize and execute targeted digital Marketing campaigns - SEO, SEM, Social etc
- Corporate website: Continuous revamp of the website to enable the features which connects the website visitor to find relevant content & which in turn make them submit their requirements on the website using Web leads.
- Enable enterprise Search engine optimization for the corporate website which includes defining 360-degree SEO strategy. Finalize the right keywords, create & optimize engaging content,revamp the website architecture & garner link backs from reputed sources. Perform detailed SEO audits to identify gaps, improve website performance and set up a competitor benchmarking index.
- Manage and Optimize digital marketing budgets to deliver positive ROI
Branding :
- Defining the brand strategy, brand guidelines and positioning for specific markets / countries
- Implementing brand guidelines and decisions across all communication
Events :
- Identify comprehensive list of relevant conferences worldwide
- Strategy and execution for our participation and sponsorships
- Design of booth, brochures, content and other assets
- Strategy and execution of our own event series
- Representing monjin in global forums and events-
Additional Responsibilities :
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams as well as an ability to drive closure to indecision/or conflict.
- Sharing regular reports with stakeholders.
- The ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously
- The ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Mobile Marketing Ecosystem
- Manage the budget of the team and ensure that budget is not overspend or underspend
Qualification :
- You have 12+ years of experience in Heading the marketing function for tech company (preferably in the B2B SaaS space)
- MBA from a premier institute
- Good command over data analytics and reporting.
- You have strategized and delivered on creative marketing and branding campaigns within the
Enterprise space :
- You have led PR, Events, Branding and Content Marketing activities
- You have conceptualized, managed, analyzed and optimized extensive digital marketing campaigns to deliver leads / signups with a positive ROI
- You have Strong management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Workaholic, overachiever with a maniacle focus on achieving individual and team targets.
