Vice President - Marketing - Advertising Firm (15-25 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Craft strategies for Marketing including Digital, Branding, Advertising, Public Relations, Content & Communications, Media Buying, Project Management, and Community Management.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create Brand awareness, saliency, and engagement
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the customer's journey
- Conceive, test, analyze and optimize the most suitable marketing tactics for customer acquisition
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments
- Work with Brand, Business, Tech, UX teams for a top-notch digital customer experience and engagement
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials
- Build a high performing team of marketing professionals
Must Have :
- 15+ years- experience with proven ability to design and execute high performance, integrated marketing campaigns
- Relevant experience as Head/VP/Director
