Vice President - Marketing (15-18 yrs)
Role :
- Seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic VP of Marketing who is a growth hacker at heart and can drive exponential scale.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2C growth strategies, community engagement and monetization.
- Responsible for overseeing and aligning our B2C digital marketing, creative content, and community engagement.
- Should be able to lead a team of B2B marketing professionals effectively to create a brand with employer organizations, and generate revenue opportunities for the sales team
- Align strategic marketing efforts with overall company goals, by working closely with the Founder & CEO and other members of the Core Team
- Mentor and inspire team members while ensuring seamless execution of both strategy and day-to-day operations
- Accelerate product-led growth by collaborating with the product team and integrating marketing strategies with the product roadmap
- Boost sales opportunities through a sharp B2B marketing strategy, leading to employer engagement and lead generation
Requirements :
- 15 -18 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2C growth and digital marketing strategies
- At least 5 years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
- A formal master's degree in marketing is desirable but not mandatory
