Vice President - Loan Sales (6-12 yrs)
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships
- Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references
- Conduct sales promotion activities through DSA and Sales Executives in open market and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.
- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, Connectors, CA, DSAs and corporate to leverage business.
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products PL,BL,HL,ML,LAP etc.
- Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets
- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
- Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
- Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the region
- Looking for candidate who managed team and done individual business as well in sales
- Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and by managing a team of business development executives
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
