Role : HNI Equity Sales

Location : Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore

Industry : BFSI (Broking/Securities)

Reports To : EVP Equity Sales

Team Size : Individual contributor

About Client :

Our client is one of the leading capital market company providing securities and derivative broking services.

It is registered with SEBI as Stock Broker, Depository Participant, Research Analyst and Merchant Banker in Category I and is listed on NSE & BSE, GDRs - listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

It is the first company to be assigned the BQ-1 grading by CRISIL, Brickworks Ratings has also assigned a strong credit rating of BWR A+ and BWR A1+ for its fund and non fund based facilities.

The Company pioneered the on-line trading platform in the country. It has a client base in excess of 6 lacs+ with 900+ direct sales across 18+ cities providing investment solutions to retail investors across asset classes. Through its subsidiary, the Company is also engaged in the marketing of non-discretionary wealth management products.

Role : 

- The role is a combination of both HNI/Ultra HNI Acquisition and Dealing Desk i.e. you not only acquire new clients but also service them.

- There is no client database / book available, the expectation is that you will start from scratch and should be confident of being able to get your existing book i.e. your relationships on board with our client.

- Role entails achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation majorly through Equity

Desired Candidate Profile :

- You should have experience in working in Broking / Securities (BFSI) industry

- Good Experience of doing Equity as a product

- Your client base is HNI / Ultra HNI

- You should be able to bring your book as no client base will be provided

- Preference is for someone whose existing AUM / Book size is 100 Cr or more

Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A.

- You should have experience in working in Broking / Securities (BFSI) industry

- Good Experience of doing Equity as a product

- Your client base is HNI / Ultra HNI

- You should be able to bring your book as no client base will be provided

- Preference is for someone whose existing AUM / Book size is 100 Cr or more
