Responsibilities:
- Work towards quarterly and yearly Digital Marketing department performance targets and ensure that all campaigns are run within the given budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress, together with the CMO, to the CEO.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls to action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, SEM, GDN and social channels.
- Team building, training and setup. Responsible for managing the team of marketing specialists across SEM, Social Marketing, Content marketing and Customer experience.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with Customer Experience (CX) and Holiday designers to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on overall Digital markeitng ROI and specifically SEM ROI, SM marketing ROI, Email marketing ROI, Content marketing ROI
- Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics. Growing blog subscribers, converting visitors into leads, and expanding our blogs overall reach.
- Collaborate with designers, creative, content, business development, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience.
- Grow our email list organically manage email campaigns, segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribers
