Job Profile:
- Responsible for all Customer Care activities through Call Centre and other Customer Interface points.
- He will be responsible for all activities related with Customer Care i.e. Lead Generation & Conversion, Activation, Billing, Collection, Service Upgradation and Deactivation.
- His main responsibility will be to ensure that Customer achieves Ultimate Satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 18 - 22 yrs exp with a large Service Provider in Customer Care Function.
- Should be Technology Savvy and have high Customer Orientation
