Responsibilities :
The candidate will need a proven sales management background and a track record of success in APAC. The VP, Sales manages Sales and Marketing team and works closely with Technology teams, Delivery, Finance and Product Management functions besides partners wherever required.
- Responsible for growing the business in existing accounts, new domains and territories
- Partner with third parties and CSPs, PaaS providers to expand business opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors in the targeted accounts and the industry
- Identify opportunities based on the needs and pain points of the customer
- Develop and execute the business strategy for growth, focusing on opening doors, building relationships, establishing new revenue streams
- Grow revenue through renewal and extension of existing contracts, identification of new pipeline opportunities, and sales of incrementally added-value services including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding defined targets
- Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Execute campaigns across the customer base to generate incremental revenue e.g. version and volume upgrades/new products or modules
- Manage contract negotiations
- Manage Sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Sales experience and 2+ Leadership experience
- A - Hunter- with a strong network of senior level contacts in the Fintech industry
- Strong domain knowledge in Cloud
- Proven experience of software/solution sales. Has a track record of innovative solution selling, and operates on a consultative basis
- Ability to close large complex deals
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Results-oriented with a strong performance
- Track record of exceeding planned targets
- Strong Business development skills: able to harness a substantial revenue stream and develop initiatives to grow it
