Vice President - Client Servicing - Bank (8-12 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading and fastest growing MNC banks in India.
They are looking for a VP Client Service for their client servicing team.
Reporting to the regional head for client servicing, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing a team of client service professionals across the country, ensuring high quality of client service
2. Proactively identify and defend risks of client attrition
3. Initiate processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
4. Proactively seek and share market information with all partners to increase market share and coverage
5. Ensuring a sound control environment with satisfactory audit results.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will be a post graduate with 8-12 years of work experience, with 3-5 years of team management experience in client service in banking across products. Good banking and general product knowledge is critical to this role.
- Excellent communication skills and team management skills, and a proactive attitude are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
