Vice President - Business Development - IT Services (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for Vice President (VP) Business Development for one of client which is leading IT Services & Consulting company in India
Experience - 15 Years
Designation : VP- Business Development
Location : Pune
Key aspects of this role:
- Creation marketing strategies that will support the company's overall vision and objectives, build the businesses brand among the businesses target audience
- Leading and Strategizing the Inside Sales team- Email marketing, Calls, Conferences.-
- Develop a marketing plan for the department and administer its implementation
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
- Create a network of strategic partnerships
- Participate in sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities. Utilize inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales
- Work closely with the analytics team for measuring the marketing program and campaign results, formulating solutions, and adjusting these programs in order to reach objectives promptly.
-To be the right fit, you'll need:
- More than 15 years of experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Proven record in building brand awareness and portray a deep understanding of marketing principles, sales and business development, and product and service management
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing
- Ability to lead and drive branding and marketing efforts in order to increase and build on the business/brands growth
- Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital channels
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
