Vice President - Account Management - IT (12-15 yrs)

Position Summary:

The account manager will be responsible for mining and building the growth of an account or multiple accounts within a cluster for the delivery group. He/She will work closely with the clients to understand their operations, future plans and challenges. He/She will expertly manage the solutioning and engage the clients appropriately to show case the value of solutions and deliveries. He will be required to identify opportunities and their conversions, along with owning the response to any RFPs.

KRA:

- New Sales and accelerate revenue growth 50%

- Key Accounts Relationship management 20%

- Receivables & Profitability Management 20%

- Delivery Impact 10%

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- 50% - New Sales and accelerate revenue growth

- Build Pipeline

- Build and own the growth agenda and strategy for the priority accounts in cluster

- Define target stakeholders in consultation with account and delivery leadership team

- Lead multiple stakeholder relationship development and improve visibility of capabilities

- Create opportunities pipeline

- Convert opportunities to meet target as per account plan

- Lead the solutioning efforts and build internal support for initiatives

- Build relationships, uncover dependencies and influence stakeholders

- Understand and share competitors landscape

- Key Account retention and increasing the wallet share

- 20% - Key Accounts Relationship Management

- Ensure governance is the platform for insight led engagement

- Identify metrics and define success criteria to create transparency and visibility into program success

- Plan and ensure all stakeholders at all levels are engaged across the delivery teams appropriately

- 20% - Receivables and profitability management

- Drive profitability of the accounts in liaison with delivery leadership and account operations

- Ensure invoicing is raised with correct details and on time

- Manage payments and liaison with procurement stakeholders in client organization

- 10% - Delivery Impact management

- Improvement of CSAT over the baseline. For every customer, minimum of 3 instances of feedback to be obtained in a year

- Using the insights from customer context and identify right areas for step change

- Review approach and continuous customer communication of step change benefits

Competencies:

Technical: (some of the below)

- BFSI related development, implementation & Customization

- T24/Finnacle/Flexcube/Mysis Equation-Bankfusion - development, implementation & customization

- ETL / Data Migration / Data cleansing

- Test Automation (IBM/HP/Selenium Platforms)

- Performance (IBM/HP/Silk Platforms)

- Release/Deployment and Environment management

- API testing

- Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

Non-Technical: (some of the below)

- IT Project/Program Management experience

- Experience working in Retail/Corporate Banking projects

- Experience working in Investment Banking

- Experience working in Cards domain

Background and Experience:

Mandatory:

- Strong Technical delivery grounding with demonstrated delivery experience in some of both, technical and non-technical competencies (mentioned above)

- Good relationship management skills. Should be able to independently connect at CXO level

- Sales/Pre-Sales Shouldve been part of conversion team playing an active role in prospect to sale conversions

- International experience in IT Services/Solutions sales & pre-sales

- IT Service Provider experience (not captive or end-user)

- BFS domain should be at least 5 yrs. in the last 10 years of experience

- Ability to lead first one or two levels of new conversations with decision makers in Development and QA areas.

- Open to short and frequent travel
