Vibgyor High - Manager - Digital Marketing (6-8 yrs)
Primary Purpose :
The Digital Marketing Manager requires to be an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects and drive growth opportunities. Has a fairly good idea of how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities/Activities :
Primary Responsibility :
- Digital Asset Management & SEO
- Creating, updating & managing all Digital Assets Of VIBGYOR GROUP OF SCHOOLS
- Working on the integration of CMS and database with VH and new VK website
- Functionality testing and implementing best practices for all group websites
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Develop & Implement a well aligned SEO Strategy
- Analyse data to identify trend in the webspace
- Track & Analyse website analytics
- Optimise pages for SEM
Digital Marketing For Brand Building & Parent Engagement :
- Manage The social media assets Of Vibgyor
- Develop a social media strategy for Vibgyor for enhancing parent engagement & brand's image among parents to enhance positive word of mouth for the brand among existing parents
- Translate the social media strategy into plan of action and manage them in a sustainable manner
- Develop Matrices for all activities and full year
Secondary Responsibility :
- Collaborate with performance marketing to generate leads thru Social media
- Collaborate with Content Writing Team for copy development
- Manage Digital Agency
Work Relations :
Internal :
- Reporting to Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing for all functional as well as admin issues.
- Interfacing with Finance, Technology, HR for any people or any other operational issue/s.
- Interfacing with all service level heads, Centre and zonal sales leads, relationship management team, and brand management team, based out of CO/ZO as well as other Centers/Schools.
- Interfacing with, SEO and internal web development teams of for all website and media management operational elements.
External :
- Interface with external vendors/ SEO operators/ Content management/Web management/ PR and Brand management agencies for all elements pertaining to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy.
Qualification & Skill Set :
- MBA/MMM/PGDBM/PGDBA / Masters in Marketing
- Experience in conceptual & managing digital brand campaigns
- Understanding Of CSS, HTML, Javascript
- Experience & familiarity with SEO tools like SEM Rush, Ahrefs, AWR etc
Experience :
- 6-8 Yrs, full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising
