Vibgyor - Account Group Manager - Client Servicing/Business Development (3-10 yrs)
- The desired profile should have the ability to independently lead a team of at least 3 - 5 mid-level people who will report into him / her as a Team Lead for CS BD.
- The incumbent should have had handled revenue independently.
- S/he should have the ability to manage clients externally and be able to coordinate with the internal teams of operations, creative and content to work on the requirement.
- There will be an allocation of existing clients to the team lead to manage as part of their portfolio.
- S/he will also be expected to do business development and develop a new client base as well.
- The expectation of business from each team is generally in the ratio of 80:20 (80% from existing clients & 20% from new business).
- Leadership Skills are a must to mentor, guide and empower team members for further growth.
- Basic Understanding of Brand Management.
- Ability to represent the organization externally.
- Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills, with excellent networking & relationship with credibility.
