Job role: Pre-Sales Manager (Only Females)

Job location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

JOB PROFILE:

- A Pre-sales Manager will be the first point of contact between the Client and the Company. The Client will get all the details about our project from you.

- Therefore it is your communication capabilities that possibly can convert a lead into a prospect.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Checking for new leads that have been synced into the CRM.

- Preparation of presentations about the products in case the Client visits the Office

- Providing in-depth information to the customers about the project and convincing them to visit the site.

- Coordinating with your team to convert Prospective buyers.

- Following up with your team for site Visits

- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands

- Coordination and organization of demand-generating activities like tradeshows, company events, or customer workshops

- Coordination with the sales office.

- Maintain Client Coordination by writing emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate

- Experience of at least 2 years into Real Estate

- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal

- Must have the Zeal for Sales

- Team Player

- Proficiency in MS Office

CANDIDATE SKILLS

- Fluency in all the 3 languages will be preferable

- Negotiation and Persuasion skills

- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Sheet

- Team Handling Skills and Leadership qualities

- Ability to work Independently
