ViaLogue - Key Account Manager (1-4 yrs)
Key Account Manager Responsibilities :
- End to end corporate accounts management from onboarding to billing to revenue realisation.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Addressing and resolving key clients- complaints on SOS/regular basis
- Communicating and collaborating with the tech support, DevOps and Sales departments to ensure that clients- requirements are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
- Optimise existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Ensure billing cycle management (coordination with operations), timely payment from the accounts handled and take ownership for any reconciliation issues (if any).
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation, sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation :
Fixed : 4-8 LPA + Performance based incentives
