vHealth by Aetna - Lead - Sales & Distribution (2-5 yrs)
Family Summary/Mission:
This role will be supporting National Sales Manager to drive sales across key partnerships.
Job Responsibilities :
- Own sales target of each partnership for a particular geography
- Regularly visit branches of partners to do product training / refresher, ensure visibility, create top of mind recall
- Manage relationship at ground level across channels of key partnerships to drive desired level of penetration / bundling
- Act as one point contact for sales team to do query bursting
- Exposure to DSA/ Channel model for sourcing business
- Create new revenue sources by onboarding DSAs/ Channels
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
- Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
Background/Experience Desired:
- 2 years' minimum experience in managing channel sales in insurance / banking / healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference)
Educational Requirements:
- The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
