Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Candidate responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction in consumer Durable (Electronics Products) .

Responsibilities and Duties

- Candidate must have experience in Consumer Durable Electronic products.

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media

- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive/ Office/ Manager or relevant role in Consumer Durable products ( Electronics)

- Proficiency in English

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentationsCertified .
