Vewtron - Executive - Customer Care (1-4 yrs)
Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibilities ( MALE CANDIDATE ONLY) :
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding Service issue, Installation, Product problems, and general client concerns.
- Responsible for handling complaints, grievances and general queries of customers related to all products (LED, Washing Machine, Air Cooler, Music System etc).
- Logging service calls on sales force's CRM forwarding the same to respective region service engineer according to availability.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Update customer information in the customer service database and after each call.
- Helping customers solve technical issues with our widgets.
- Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
- Work is done primarily via email, with some phone contact & provides prompt and accurate feedback to customer.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of reputed university.
- Must have experience in the same field .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
