Role : General Manager- Direct Sales

This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Preferably an MBA graduate in Finance and Marketing Or B.E with Investments exposure

- Previous exposure to Handling and Nurturing HNI/UHNI clients .

- Proven track record in institutional sales within the real estate industry

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and investment landscape

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job description : (main responsibilities will include)

1. Building and maintaining relationships with HNI clients to understand their residential property needs and preferences.

2. Showcasing properties to clients and providing them with information about features, amenities, and pricing.

3. Negotiating contracts and terms of sales with buyers to ensure a successful transaction.

4. Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

5. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting properties and attracting potential buyers.

6. Attending property events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand your client base and promote property listings.
