Vertical Sales Manager - IT/ITeS (6-11 yrs)
1. Identify/work IT/ITES accounts Software / IT Hardware companies / BPO / KPO/ IT enabled services etc etc
2. Develop Major Prospect list Quarter wise & develop account plans in the IT/ITES vertical
3. Strategize with internal & external stake holders and finalize account plans
4. Develop relationship & rapport with major & key prospects / Identified in the vertical across the country
5. Demonstrate leadership by engaging at various CXO levels, buying centers and across product lines i.e. MSS, FM & ESS. Build relationship and rapport building with CXO level.
6. SFDC - Regular, timely, accurate and comprehensive updation of all required data. DQS Score - 90%.
7. Pipeline must be 5 times the required revenue target (accuracy 100%)
8. Monthly Movement of opportunity in pipeline
9. Contact updating (100% of accounts) with 25% C Level
