Veronica Healthtech - Regional Sales Manager - North (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the Northern region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent BodyStat and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Northern region as required.
