Veronica Healthtech - AVP - Sales - South India (10-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Southern region.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, gym owners, and fitness centers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns promptly.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.
Brand Representation:
- Represent Ignite Life's portfolio, including brands such as Shua, Panatta, Eleiko, TRX, and Booty Builder.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and devise actionable strategies.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the Southern region.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with key Southern markets such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi.
