TELECALLER - MOTOR INSURANCE
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide information about our motor insurance products, services and promotional offers to customers.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or assistance with their motor insurance policies.
3. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our motor insurance offerings.
4. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update relevant information in the company database.
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, volume, sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or telecalling role, preferably in the motor insurance industry.
2. Good understanding of motor insurance products, coverage options and policy terms.
3. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Should have experience in a Motor/Car Insurance company or in an Insurance Company.
5. A Female Candidate is required.
