What will you do Day to Day?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to tap markets in various geographies of globe to offer our Service and Product Offerings. You will identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business this includes doing market and competitive research, forming unique storylines, mapping clients, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations and much more. With your exceptional communication skills and trust building skills you can cultivate, build and manage relationships with Clients. The role's success will be measured by performance and collaboration with other cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that help us meet our company goals.

Essential Skills for Job Role :

- Generate revenue of 3 million Dollars by end of year three in new geographies (North America, UK & Europe).

a. North America (US & Canada)

b. b. UK

c. Europe (Germany, France, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Sweden)

d. Year 1 revenue - 0.75 million Dollars, Year 2 revenue - 1.5 Million & Year 3 revenue - 3 Million Dollars

- Deliver monthly forecast reports that are 90% accurate

a. Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

b. Draft detailed and accurate (90%) sales reports

Requirements :

- MBA in Sales with total experience of 5+ years

- A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (ITeS company) for mentioned geographies and in selling to Banking industry

- Excellent relationship building, negotiation and leadership skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
