We're building the future of cloud infrastructure with our cutting-edge CDN and edge computing solutions, and we need a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth! What You'll Do:

- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and campaigns-your job is to find and qualify new opportunities!

- Generate a high volume of leads and consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, email outreach, and meetings booked.

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to book meetings and keep the sales pipeline full of exciting prospects.

- Be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their needs and explaining how VergeCloud can solve their challenges.

- Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM system (Zoho CRM), ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team.

- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads from campaigns and events, turning interest into action.

- Leverage outreach automation tools like SalesLoft, Outreach.io, and lead generation platforms to streamline prospecting and engagement efforts.

What You Bring:

- 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, with a track record of high-volume lead generation.

- Adept at using new age tools for lead generation to drive email drips, outreach automation etc and prospect data curation.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and growth, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills-you're not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people!

- Tech-savvy with an interest in cloud solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
