Serve Society is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a passion for horticulture to join our team. The BDE will play a crucial role in expanding our horticulture-related services and products while fostering new business relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competition in the horticulture industry.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients by developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, suppliers, and partners.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest horticultural products, technologies, and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Orgadoor services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
7. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and identify business opportunities.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
9. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, with a focus on horticulture (field work).
- Educational background of at least 10+2 with a Horticulture Course or an ITI certificate in a related field.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Good knowledge of the NCR area.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural products, practices, and industry trends.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in horticulture Field Work in NCR area.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of excel and BD tools.
