Verastar Solutions - Manager - Business Development/Sales (0-9 yrs)
Responsibilities include:
- Opening new accounts and generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Soliciting business for - IT Hardware, software, Networking, Services, Security solutions
- Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to enterprise customers
- Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
- Build a funnel by effective cold calling, networking skills and other methods
- Develop Sales Projection Plan, Execute orders, Customer Satisfaction, Negotiate & close orders.
- Meet & greet prospective clients to Understand their requirement, Propose best possible solution offerings for them
- Making presentation to client, negotiate rates and follow up till the execution and payment received
- Managing existing clients, map & mine periodically to address delivery issues and get more business.
Qualification
- 0-9 years- of experience in Soliciting business for Direct Sales
- Pleasing personality with Good Communication & Excellent presentation skills
- Energetic and Aggressive Strategist with very positive attitude, business acumen
- Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
- Must be someone who has carried revenue/ profit margins targets through-out their career.
- Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
