Venus Safety & Health - Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Capture customer leads received through telecall/email/seminars/exhibitions in CRM software and handover to sales team to qualify & handover to sales team Update Team partner, segment, customer information in CRM-SW(SLMS Calls) Collect & capture suspect data from various sources viz. Exhibition, Trade directory, Website, Trade associations, visiting cards for data bank in CRM-SW.
2) Update telephone enquiry-email lead in CRM-SW. Backend role for creating database leads & contacts in SLMS Tele calling S&P customers and setting Call for identifying Important customer. Suspect lead qualify by telephone / emails transfer prospects to ZSM /mailing list. Correction of data in the CRM-SW data base. Viz. Country, Status, Team Segment, Pin code. (Identify VIP customer & set approach interview for field team.)
3) Assist field sales team in customer visit from back end. Support to field sales team for samples dispatch & update sample delivery in CRM-SW. Maintain sample room and sample regt. Visit Retailer in assigned area or alternate weeks Adhere to Pricing Policy, Price List.
4) Monitoring the CSS-SPAN process viz. sample dispatch-demo, mailers, sample room Ensure that customers are updated on product refinement / new products, samples are sent, and feedback obtained. Control of Sample Room, file for orders
5) Call 25 customers for Re-Order. Prepare inter location document manifest & dispatch documents. Review of current letter file & inward mail for sales dept. Register customer feedback, complaints in SLMS Book Orders for stockiest distributors & move to PO in SLMS Attend Training Programs,
