We are urgently looking for Female Senior Merchandiser for a Utensil Manufacturing (Export House) Company in Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, New Delhi.
Industry - SS Utensils Manufacturer.
Job Summary :
- Candidate should have SS Utensils Export Merchandising background.
- Good communication skills and assertive personality.
- Maintains accountability with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
- Follow up on the sample approval process with buyers and address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that the order is executed as per the buyer's requirements and quality standards
- Gradate orders and manage the workflow to ensure timely delivery of products
- Liaise with the shipping department to ensure that the products are shipped and delivered on time
- Communicate any issues or concerns related to the order to the relevant departments and take necessary actions to resolve them
- Maintain records of orders and communicate order status updates to buyers
