Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Target achievement - Achieving sales targets of DELHI Branch
- Monitor and control - To monitor and control the activities of senior sales officer, sales officers and motivate them to achieve the individual goals of DELHI Branch
- Collection - Collection of outstanding due from dealers DELHI Branch.
- Dealer service - To attending to problems regarding Service, Invoice, etc.
- Market feed back - Collecting market feed back and submit report.
- Competitors activity - Monitoring competitor's activity, schemes and pricing.
- Technical knowledge - To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.
- Product visibility - Responsible for arranging product display at his dealers outlets, also to display POP materials.
- Publicity - Arranging local ad publicity needed by the Dealers. To co-ordinate with CMO for Advertisement, promotional activities.
- Network expansion - To appoint New Dealers & Distributors. To conduct market survey to expand network and send reports. To Contact different Institutions (Builders, Hotels, Hospitals etc) in given territory for Project Orders.
- Performance Review meeting - To conduct performance review meeting of SALES Team from time to time and take corrective action.
- Frequency of Dealer visit - To visit Dealers in the given territory as per the norms of visit. Local Dealer minimum once a week, outstation Dealer minimum once a month. To supervise visits by SSO & SO's. Should seek guidance from NSH in field coverage of the area.
- Stock Control & Despatch Plan - To maintain stock as per the norms fixed by CMO.
- Expense Control - To ensure the branch Sales Teams expenses within budget.
- MIS - Should submit required MIS reports to NSH.
- All records should be maintained properly.
- Ready to do any kind of office work due to absence of somebody or emergency.
- Job responsibilities may be changed or added or deleted to the above based on the circumstances prevailing at the time.
