VenueMonk - Venue Manager (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include :
- Dealing with customers to help them find the perfect venue/vendor for their event.
- Understanding the requirement of customers in detail and explaining to them the different properties available
- Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport
- Ability to problem-solve and contribute ideas to improve service for customers
Requirements :
- 2-3 years experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure.
