- VenueMonk is now expanding from a discovery platform to Self Managed properties with assured quality and service at best prices. We have plans to expand to 1000+ self managed properties and are now looking for an ambitious individual who can help us in achieving the same.
Responsibilities :
1. Hunting and onboarding the venues of Delhi NCR by meeting the owners of the properties which includes negotiation
2. Handling a team of about 8-10 Venue Managers and keep a regular check on the progress of the onboarded venues
3. Regular meetings with the venue owners for a smooth functioning throughout the customer handling process
4. Managing the sales team performance metrics and help them in drive the revenue and achieve the sales targets
Requirements :
1. Overall experience of 6-7 years in sales with at least 3-4 years of experience in team handling
2. Analytically strong and ability to structure and negotiate complex deals
3. Demonstrated leadership ability in building and leading a team
4. Sales oriented working style and go-getter attitude/ mature, professional and has the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
5. High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get tasks completed.
6. Comfortable working in cross-functional setups and experience in early-stage startup environments preferred
