Description :
We- re looking for an ambitious and energetic graduate/experienced person to join our talented team. You- ll play a key role in keeping our most important customers happy and helping to take VenueMonk to the next level.
Responsibilities :
The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:
1. Introduce VenueMonk and its benefits to potential corporates in Gurgaon
2. Meet new & existing corporate clients, enroll them as a corporate booker with VenueMonk and generate new business opportunities
3. Build and maintain healthy business relations with major accounts, corporates, enterprise clients and institutional clients
4. Responsible for achieving profitability and sales growth by generating maximum event leads for partner venues
5. Generate leads and liaise with Concierge to convert leads to actual business
6. Communicating great deals and offers with Corporate Clients on a regular basis
7. Proactively resolve queries/ complaints of corporate customers
Requirements :
1. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Corporate Handling
2. Experience in customer service/business development is a plus
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Fluent in English and Hindi
5. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
6. Owns a laptop
7. Comfortable working 6 days a week
8. Willingness to travel within the city
9. Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure
10. Must be familiar with Delhi NCR/Gurugram corporates
