Venue Manager - Sales - Wedding Marketplace (1-3 yrs)
- Call all incoming inquiries / leads.
- Discuss their requirement and invite them to the venue.
- Show the venue to all walk-in customers
- Convert leads to visits and convert visits to bookings
- Keep in touch with the customer
- Co-ordinate with caterer and decorator to ensure all commitments are delivered
- Maintain a good relationship with venue owners and other stakeholders .
- Work with corporate team to market the venue and to execute any local marketing initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-3 years of experience with hospitality/Sales/BPO/Real Estate/Insurance Companies
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Presentation Skills
- Well groomed and Soft Spoken
- Good in client relationship management
- Good Convincing skills
- Out of the box thinker
- Able to Multi Task.
Other details :
Shift Timing :- Day shift
Working days- 6 days in week with daily 9 hours (no fixed off)
Salary best as per exposure (2.5 to 3.6 Lac PA+Incentives)
