Venue Manager - Sales - Event Management Firm (0-3 yrs)

Brief about profile
- Call all incoming inquiries / leads.
- Discuss their requirement and invite them to the venue.
- Show the venue to all walk-in customers
- Convert leads to visits and convert visits to bookings
- Keep in touch with the customer
- Co-ordinate with caterer and decorator to ensure all commitments are delivered
- Maintain a good relationship with venue owners and other stakeholders.
- Work with corporate team to market the venue and to execute any local marketing initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience with Club/Hotel/BPO/Real Estate/Insurance or customer oriented Companies
- This is client facing role so need good Communication & Presentation Skills hence person should be well groomed and Soft Spoken
